After having keys ‘go missing’ from the house was quite unsure on who to go to in regards to changing the locks , I shopped around 5/6 company’s and after speaking to mark I told him the budget he offered the cheapest around making sure not to skint me too , sent my address (Marple) turned up within half an hour on a BANK HOLIDAY too two locks changed 5 keys for each took around an hour from what was a quite stressful ordeal to one of the best interactions I’ve had with any company , Absolutely Superb , cannot praise this guy enough and you can tell it’s something he is proud of and 100% should be absolutely Fantastic! - here within the hour -cheapest quote - pleasant experience -on a bank holiday Monday -plenty of spares and a year guarantee -easy payment cash / Card /transfer USE THIS BUSINESS 👍

A strong recommendation for me. Saved the day when I had lost my keys abroad. He had quite a big job on his hands getting through my Fort Knox locks, but did an amazing job. Tenacious, friendly and reliable, and very reasonably priced.

After locking myself out of my house and being messed around by another company, I got in touch with Kirsten who was able to come out within 20 minutes and managed to get me back into my house within minutes of arriving. Her call out fee was very reasonable and she said she would try and get me in without having to drill or replace the lock, which she managed to do. Damien was amazing. He worked constantly but had a polite conversation with me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I just wanted the locks changed but, because my door clunks a bit when the lock turns (which it has always done), he wasn't happy and kept making adjustments until the door locked smoothly. He also fixed my conservatory door for me even though I hadn't called him out for that. I can't say enough about him. I would definitely use this company again, for all my security needs.

Ryno locksmiths fitted a new alarm in our house . They were very professional and friendly. They removed some of the old system very neatly. They also replaced a damage cable with a new one to the telephone box , improving our internet coverage. They were both very knowledgeable and ensured the alarm system covered all key areas. They fully explain how to use the system and walked us through the system and use of the app and the key fob . They gave us a call the next day to check we were ok with the system and had no problems. We would definitely recommend them to others

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

I would like to say a very personal thank you to cliff, I have been having issue with my works van the key and barrel, instead of trying just to take my money this honest gentleman asked me "are you on the tools 🧰 ?" I said yes I am, cliff replied to my and said get your self a Can of WD40 and spray the barrel several time over and over turning the key 🔑 in the process this has worked a treat and we are back on the road, what honest, reliable, trustworthy business owner. Very professional service for windows and doors (personal experience) also van locks ( friends experience after break in). Knowledge and friendly, talked through options and solved my problem within 30-40 min where other had said it couldn't be resolved and tried to upsell me more expensive options. Great service would not hesitate to recommend.

I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

Had a problem with one of my keys the guys had the equipment to test the new battery and check the functioning of the key fob. Any questions l asked they were very knowledgeable. Very helpful people. They wouldn't let me pay when l asked how much, these guys are very trustworthy.

Absolutely superb service. We had a problem with the ignition barrel on our Note car and were about to go on a foreign driving holiday so were totally stressed out. We contacted APL and made an appointment for the next day and they did a wonderful repair on the ignition and the 2 car keys. We can now drive safely on the continent thanks to them. Their service was first class and they were so helpful. I totally recommend them for professional and reasonably priced workmanship. They deserve the highest praise.
