Popped in to the Kingsway shop to get an old style car key cut where others wouldn’t help. Fantastic service, they sorted straight away and it was a bargain! Thanks guys.
I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge.
