It's a shame there isn't 10* stars! What an amazing company, we phoned them out, as we where locked out of our home with 2 toddlers and a newborn! Due to a family member loosing the keys!.. However!.. L&E Ltd came out within 30 minutes at 2 in the morning, opened our door with minimal fuss nor noise, the engineer called Lee was brilliant! Extremely polite and knowledgeable which put us at ease! Within minutes our door is open and our lives back on track! I've recommended to all my friends and family and would definitely use again in a heartbeat! Thank you guys! Absolutely wonderful service! 👌

Fantastic service. Rushing around and locked myself out. Rang up was told not to worry will be with me soon. 25 minutes later and a very professional and friendly bloke turned up was back in the house very soon after. Their emergency call out was initially quite expensive but needs must. We then had a problem with a faulty lock and their service couldn't be better. Replaced the faulty lock free of charge and also then upgraded our other 2 locks on external doors at a reasonable price. Very professional and polite.

Like previous customers I found the service to be efficient & quickly responsive following my call. They were also fair & reasonable in terms of cost. Would use again.
