Never used a locksmith before but john from elite was fantastic from start to finish. From the original phone call made to exact pricing and exact time of arrival it was a stress free process. John was polite, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure it was all completed to a highly professional standard. Highly recommended and best prices around.

Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma.
