Chris provided an absolutely brilliant service and he went out of his way to resolve the problem with our bi-folding doors which wouldn't shut until Chris re-aligned them. It was a difficult job and other tradesmen failed to sort out the doors but Chris did it! ⭐️He also fitted some thumb turn locks that I'm very pleased with. He was punctual, reliable, polite, friendly and extremely good at his job. I highly recommend Chris and will definitely use him again.

I recently had a pleasant experience using CJW Locksmiths' services, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Chris is a really nice guy, very polite and professional. He understood the issue over a WhatsApp chat looking at video recording and provided a comparable quote to fix the problem. He arrived on time and managed to fix the issues with my patio door lock, explaining exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. Chris also took the time to look at some other issues, fixed one and gave me valuable advice on what the problems were for other and what needed to be done to fix them. It's always hard to find a good tradesperson in the Sale, Timperley, Altrincham area, so I would highly recommend him for any unfortunate situation you might find yourself in. Although Chris is based in Bolton, he covers the Sale, Timperley, and Altrincham areas. No doubt he has many customers in these areas, likely due to word-of-mouth publicity because of his polite and professional service. Additionally, Chris clarified that he does not charge extra for weekends and his rates are consistent throughout the week. He was the first person I've encountered who is asking for bank transfers later rather than insisting on cash immediately after job to save VAT.

Can’t recommend enough! Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Managed to get inside to retrieve them really fast, saving her petrol at the same time. Really polite, friendly and couldn’t have gone more out of his way to accommodate. Thanks again 😊

Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Solved the problem and i drove away happy. Would definitely use again. Very reasonably priced compared to others around. Had a good laugh and joke while he was fixing the problem.

Really excellent communication through both the website and over the phone. Was able to organise a flexible plan and quotes straight away as I was unsure what the situation with my car would be. Hughie turned up right on time and I was back on the road within 5-10 minutes. Super great and reliable service at a good price too. I'm definitely saving his number just in case I need help again.

I called hughie after finding his number on Google, he was able to fit me in the same morning at very short notice. He let me know the price for the new car keys well in advance and his communication was top notch. He arrived at my place of work and was able to sort it out in no time at all at great price. Scott did a quick, efficient and great professional job renewing & reprogramming the remote key on my Mk 7 Transit, Using a genuine Ford key. The Central locking even works a whole lot better than when I first bought the van. A good £100 cheaper than the main dealer quote too! Very happy with the service.

Andy came around to replace the lock on my front door. He spent quite a long time getting this sorted. There is no way a DIY enthusiast could have attempted this. A front door which I was unable to open for too long is now fixed again thanks to Andy! Fantastic tradesman. Highly recommended.

We had Andy from 999 out to fit Deadlocks on 2 of our vans . We had been let down twice before getting Andy recommended. He was very professional, very reliable and most importantly VERY reasonably priced. All in all flawless service. Since we had the Vans done I have also used 999 for a dodgy lock on my back door at home and replacement locks on our office . Look no further for any lock issues than Andy@999 😁😁😁

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

I visited the shop today with a problem with a car key not working, I’d been to various other stores and non were able to help, the young gentleman was really helpful and noticed that the new batteries I had recently had put in were the wrong ones, so after weeks of setting my car alarm off every time I opened the door manually, it was fixed! And many thanks to the lovely and helpful assistant. Would definitely recommend and if I ever need anything else to do with keys and locks that will be where I’m going.
