I called Altrincham Lock & Safe this morning since my front door lock had jammed. I discussed the problem over the phone and he suggested something to try based on his experience. It worked !! Excellent professional service. Door was jammed as multi-point door lock had failed so door could not be opened from inside or outside. Mark managed to get the door open. Required new multi point locking strip which had failed. Mark managed to source replacement locking mechanism as part not easy to locate. Callout was quick and fitting timely - Thanks. Would recommend.

A strong recommendation for me. Saved the day when I had lost my keys abroad. He had quite a big job on his hands getting through my Fort Knox locks, but did an amazing job. Tenacious, friendly and reliable, and very reasonably priced.
