Amazing! Contacted him and within 24 hours he came out and didn’t charge us for changing the handle from the outside so we were able to get in and out of the back garden. As soon as the new handle arrived he came the same day and fitted it for us. Absolutely brilliant service and such a kind and respectful man could not recommend Roger enough!

I honestly don't normally leave reviews. However In a world where finding good reliable trustworthy businesses is pot luck, I can't recommend Aire Valley Locksmiths enough! He goes above and beyond to solve any issues and make any repairs needed! And he is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. If you need a locksmith in the area you really can't go wrong!

Roger went above and beyond to help with a window lock issue, there were access issues, rusted and seized screws and parts which made repairing the window extremely difficult but Roger kept going and figured out how to resolve the problem where others would have just given up. The lock is fully repaired a d we're able to open and close the window without issues. A fantastic tradesman who is an expert in his field! Would absolutely recommend Roger...... thank you so much.
