Incredible service right from the first email to the fitting of new locks. Everybody was very friendly and knowledgable. Searching for a local lock smith felt like a bit of a mine field and I wasn’t sure who was truly trustworthy but it’s easy to see why Lancashire Lock & Safe has had such a long history, with so many 5 star reviews. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I needed to change the house door lock following a break in attempt. The staff identified the broken lock as rubbish and identified a suitable, much more robust alternative which would fit. It was a doddle to fit. I also got a couple of padlocks to replace some I have fitted to gates. I very much appreciated the technical help on selecting the appropriate locks and fitting tips. A fantastic service and reasonable prices. Now my default locksmith.
