What amazing service! Tony helped us at short notice when our door lock failed and wouldn't open, even doing a 60 mile round trip to get the correct lock strip for our Roc door and fitting within hours. Wouldn't recommend anybody else!

Tony came to my rescue today and fixed my door after the locking mechanism had completely broken so the door wouldn’t close and the house wasn’t secure. A super fast response, super helpful and a great service. Fixed and parts replaced all in 1 afternoon. I can’t thank you enough.

My key snapped in the door, thankfully Tony was with me in 10 minutes. He very swiftly managed to unlock the door and replaced our previous rubbish mechanism on the spot.
