Having been locked out as a result of my door swelling in winter. I called this company and the guy showed up in minutes. He got me back in and he could have just taken the money and left but instead sorted out my door, ensured the door now worked smoothly and showed me what I needed to do in the future. This was proper service that is now rarely found. This was New Years eve and I was lucky to find this company.I suggest you save his number to your phone.

My keys got stolen and Bill was extremely helpful in getting me back into my flat. He arrived quickly and on time, even sharing his location while he was on the way. I was able to pay through contactless. I strongly recommend Bill and his services :)

I called Bill and he was busy but he called me back, and can and done my lock with in an hour. This man is amazing, he not only done my lock but adjusted my door, so no more droughts. Went to take the trash out, BOOM door slams shut without my keys. Got locked out at late at night but thankfully had my phone called up and they were over in 15-20 minutes and managed to open my door without breaking/replacing the lock! Really friendly trustworthy locksmith. I highly recommend. Thank you - life saver !!!!

Excellent and quick service! Despite needing assistance on the evening of New Years Day, a locksmith was with me in 30minutes. I phoned up to explain the issue, and a plan of action was discussed (quoted prices included), then the locksmith came to carry out the plan we’d agreed. Friendly and knowledgeable guy who helped me retrieve my keys. Good price, especially as it was a bank holiday! Can’t recommend this company enough.

Following the purchase of a house we called Dan to discuss replacing all door locks (having read other google reviews and based on the 5 star rating). Superb service from the point of answering my call through to handing over the new keys once the job had been completed. Arrived incredibly quickly, given I had not booked in advance, and completed the job very promptly without compromising on quality. Dan was great, very responsive and really knowledgeable. When I explained my situation, he didn’t come out with silly prices just because he could, instead he suggested a very reasonable solution rather than just say we need to replace the whole thing that would cost an arm and a leg like I got from some others. They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended! Forgotten to mention that I have called them on Sunday early in the morning 7:45 and 9:00 the man was there already! 24 hrs which is really good 👍

The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

Tai - Woolwich Timpsons. I called Timpson’s Woolwich and spoke with Tai prior to visiting and his energy levels, client service skills and all round reassuring personality had been incredible. I came down around 30 mins after and his knowledge/delivery of service is 10:10. I’ll be leaving this review on Google and Timpson’s website as recognition should be given where due!
