Just had George (his name is George not John!) round this afternoon to replace a broken yale front door lock. He was great. Good communication before, turned up on time, provided sound advice and replaced the lock all within 60 mins. Look no further if you need help in the lock department.

After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!

I struggling to find anything negative about this service. Response time was less than 30 minutes, my lock was repaired by a highly knowledgeable locksmith who loves his work. My front door had super glue on all the screws so it was a real challenge to dismantle however they charge a fixed price for labour so the fact that it took more time didn't mean i paid more money. I needed a new locking gear which he ordered for me and only charged the true cost. The lock was replaced and works perfectly - no stress, great communication, such good value and great conversation! Highly recommended!
