Amazing staff, who are really kind, skillful and approachable. They were able to fix my lamp within a couple of minutes. Will be going back in the future if I have any hardware issues or want to purchase electrical/DIY bits and bobs.

I work on the street and I visited the hardware store for the first time today because I had a broken handbag strap, the man who served me took the time to go the extra mile and fixed it while I waited and never lost patience when the screws required for it were the smallest screws on the planet! I was so grateful of his kindness. I will always use this hardware store now because their customer service is so good, and they really care about helping people even when they are really busy!
