Peter is an absolute star, punctual, fast - he installed us a sweet and powerful lock, that keeps us and our cat safe :) He was very happy to answer all my questions, and made sure that I understand how things work. I wish all handymen were like Peter - solid and nice to deal with. Thank you so much for doing an excellent job, and if we ever have another lock to be installed - we will come back :)

Terry Able is very friendly and professional company. I found them on Google, called them for a price quote just to change the lock on my door. Now they are the only company I use for my home & office and I always recommend them to my family and friends. As an other reviewer correctly stated, they are providing a 5 star service. If you get locked out of your house, this is the place to go! Better than kicking your own door down, which I found out the hard way is illegal. I had no idea until I heard the police sirens and saw the unpleasant looks on their faces.

I had a smart lock which went wrong within the year’s guarantee period. The shop sent out the replacement lock a few days later. The delivery company came when I wasn’t there, so the lock got sent back. When I spoke to the company they were very accommodating and used another company to send the lock out again. This time the lock was delivered the next day. So the company did go out of their way to get things sorted out. Much appreciated.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you Alex in All Time Locksmith, who within a day of me going in with a car key issue, was able to offer me the best advice for my problem instead of charging me through the roof for a whole new key fob. I went back today, I simply waited 15 minutes and I was sorted, good as new! 10/10 for customer service, friendliness, price, location and parking right outside. Thank you Alex!!
