Extremely good, I had 2 Hygenist visits followed by my appointment with “Mo” a very friendly and experienced dentist who explained each step to me and was very gentle. I will recommend him to my colleagues at The Landings, King Hill.

No one likes going to the dentist, but Kings Hill Dental make it as close to a pleasure as anyone could wish for. All the staff are friendly and smiling, service is great and you get the impression everyone really cares about their job and the customer. Long may it continue!

Myself and my family have been patients at Kings Hill Dental for several years. I have had both routine checks ups and more recently significant cosmetic work conducted at the practice. The care, attention, and friendly, professional service delivered by Simon and the team is exceptional. Despite having moved away from the area and it now taking a 60 minute drive, we would never consider going to another dentist. I simply cannot recommend Simon and the practice enough. You are treated as a valued friend more than a patient and my cosmetic treatments provided excellent results and good value for money. Overall excellent service.

The best dental practice - super staff - warm and welcoming. Spotless premises - the latest equipment and highly trained staff and receptionists. Excellent dentist in Ben. Everyone is taking care of you as the patient and genuinely want the best outcome. I can only recommend One Smile!

Overwhelmed by the whole experience at this delightful Dental practice. On entering this light welcoming premises the polite knowledgeable caring team listen, understand and give you honest, professionalism which I haven't experienced before. I am 50 and have had to have a lot of dental work done before but the Dentist here (Ben) is extremely competent, kind and generous with his time and care.after several necessary extractions and subsequent well fitting upper and lower dentures I actually look forward to my next visit. I cannot praise this practice and staff enough! I'm the most anxious, fearful person when it comes to dental work and as I've had awful experiences in the past i wanted to find an exceptional place that could help me overcome my fears and help me with my teeth. Initally I spoke to Claire(dental nurse) who was so lovely and listened to all my woes and got me booked up with Ben. Meeting Ben I was put at ease straight away, hes honest and caring and makes you feel validated! We decided on a treatment plan and had a root canal booked up which I was worried about but i can honestly say it was a pleasant experience because of the teams patience and care for me. From Bellas sweet manner to Cindy the hygenist who is amazing, to Claire whos kept my head level with her caring nature and to Ben the amazing dentist I'm just blown away..thank you guys!!

I cannot fault the care and dedication by my dental surgeon without whom I would be in considerable pain and discomfort. He explains everything he is doing during my treatment and what could happen in the future. The surgery is always clean and welcoming. The staff are a credit to the NHS!

I have been going to this dental practice for quite a few years now, with a gap post Covid where I tried a different, slightly more local one. Suffice to say I returned pretty quickly to IQ Dental, where you walk in and feel like you're in a comforting, holistic clinic rather than a dentist waiting room! The service is consistently outstanding, from the welcome you receive from the lovely receptionists to the superb skills of the dentists and hygienists, particularly Antonio, who is amazing. I have recently had a dental implant all carried out by Antonio and would not hesitate to recommend him. A thorough and highly skilled dentist who makes sure everything is done to the highest standards, with outstanding care to attention. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The team at this practice are second to none. Having only been to the dentist a handful of times as a child, I was nervous to say the least. However I was put at ease by the reception staff and more so by Antonio. I was conscious of my smile (with teeth) due to their shape but now I can't stop! Would highly recommend again and again, the team are understanding, informative and results are outstanding!

I have always been incredibly nervous when visiting the dentist but from the moment I walked in to this practice I felt at ease. The receptionists were warm and welcoming and I immediately felt in safe hands with Antonio (dentist) and Jo (hygienist). Any anxiety or worries I had were put at ease, especially during my first hygiene appointment where Jo was just brilliant! She kept me calm and was very patient with me and I can confidently say I will have no anxiety for my next appointment. The practice is stylish, clean and comfortable.

I recently received treatment from Mr Miller for an emergency root filling. He fitted me in the same day unlike any other practice in the area. I am terrified of dentists but he immediately put me at ease with his caring and kind manner and great sense of humour. I can understand why he is so busy and several other patients in the waiting room commented on what a great dentist he is. The reception staff and nurses were all very pleasant, happy and couldn’t do more to make me feel at ease. What a great team! I’ll definitely be back and recommend to friends and family. After seeing George’s work on a close friend of mine, it made me want to improve my smile so I booked a composite bonding consultation where George was very professional and explained the process and what to expect. I decided to proceed with the composite bonding only treatment and a month later, I have just finished my last appointment. I was really impressed with the how well the bonding matched my teeth and the shape looks very natural. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone considering composite bonding. I have always been an incredibly nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, therefore I have put a visit off for years. Finally succumbing to the wobble of my wisdom tooth I started my research on finding the best place for me to go. West Malling Dental was by far the stand out of the crowd. I had an appointment booked within a day of me calling, so only 24 hours of working myself up! From the moment that I walked through the door to be greeted by an incredibly sympathetic Tina I felt more at ease. Tina reassured me that I was going to be well looked after, and in all honesty, I was. David sat down with me and we talked about what my concerns are and what makes me feel nervous about the dentist. He listened and really took the time to understand, and was incredibly open and honest with me in return. David and the lovely dental nurse Emily, stayed late so I could have the extraction, rather than me come back another day, which I was very grateful for. From the first point of the examination, to having the numbing injections, to the x-rays, and then to the moment the tooth was out I was petrified, but I was so incredibly well cared for. I cannot really put it into words as to how I actually feel. For some a trip to the dentist is an ordeal but for me in the past it has been traumatic and has become a genuine fear. Yesterday, the fear was faced head on and David, Emily and Tina recognised that and did absolutely everything they could to put me at ease and reassure me. I cannot praise them enough. They are all truly wonderful people.
