Ok I only marked it as a nine as was running behind but it’s not their fault I was willing to rebook but they insisted it was ok, and very apologetic. The treatment it’s self I’ve not seen the nurse before but was very jolly and helpful the dentist was also very helpful it was to check the fit of new dentures she also explained that the dentures can be adjusted (I have a very old crown that is becoming loose) as I may need that one removed. I can’t fault this dentist/ dental practice all the staff are friendly and helpful. I have said to family members to sign up to you and anyone who reads this
The receptionist was warm and friendly and very helpful. The dentist was patient and kind, it was easy to book the next appointment. Wonderful service from start to finish.
