Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! Thank you Gabriels Hill Dental Surgery! You are truly amazing!

Really find all staff here great. Have had recent fillings, crown fitting and Enlighten whitening done. All excellent. The dentists take time to make sure all is pain free. And the results from Enlighten whitening have been brilliant.

As a patient of more than 10 years I can recommend the Gabriel’s Hill Dental Practice without reservation, both for dentistry and dental hygienist services. My experiences there have always been positive and the preventative / proactive approach to dental care is well judged in my view. Excellent service.

I have only just started attending this Dentists and I think that that they have a friendly and professional approach. I was impressed that the Dentist identified an area of my dental care that I had not been addressing appropriately and she was spot on with her diagnosis about what I had and hadn't been doing with my brushing. They are also very gentle and considerate of the patient.

The front desk team was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The dentist's was also amazing, she took the time to go over my X-rays, explained my oral health in detail, and gave me helpful tips for maintaining better dental hygiene. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the personalised care and attention to detail. The dental hygienist, was fantastic—she explained everything she was doing during the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The office itself is modern and spotless, and I felt confident in the quality of care I was receiving. Highly recommend!

I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

I recently had a dental implant fitted by Orestis at The Implant Experts and can honestly say it was the best dentistry experience I've ever had. I was a little nervous given I'd not undergone the procedure before but it was completely painless and over so quickly! I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Stone Rock Dental Care – I highly, highly recommend. I have spent the entirety of my life terrified of dentists, until I came across Stone Rock. I am truly in awe of how accommodating everyone is and how comfortable they make you feel; there is 0 judgement. I suffer with autism and struggle with sensory issues – Stone Rock were extremely conscious of this and went out of their way to provide me such gentle care. Ian managed to achieve results I never thought could be possible – I no longer have to hide my smile. For the first time in my life, I am proud of my teeth and cannot wait to show them off. I couldn’t have wished for a nicer bunch of professionals to carry my dental work out for me. All of the reception staff are super lovely, efficient and accommodating. Special shoutouts to Ian, Claire (Ian’s nurse) and Jess the hygienist whom I met with regularly over the last year whilst receiving treatment here. Not to forget Nico the anaesthetist who made me feel completely safe and at ease throughout sedation. Despite living 45 minutes away, I will be returning to Stone Rock for all of my future dental appointments as the care I received genuinely could not be topped and I now wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I couldn’t thank Stone Rock enough for all of the amazing treatment, my new perfect smile and the huge confidence boost that comes with!

Ian is fantastic at root canal problems and cured a problem that I had off and on after a dodgy root canal over thirty years ago . Chopra dental surgery is the best dentist I have used . I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to going to the dentist but the dentist at Chopra shows empathy to me. She takes her time allowing me to have a break during treatment should I feel I need it. She is also very friendly and very personable.

This is such a fantastic dental surgery. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and extremely patient and caring to those who are perhaps a little nervous. They were absolutely brilliant with my 3 young children who were all very apprehensive about their appointment. They're all looking forward to their next visit. I cannot rate this surgery enough. I'm a complete whimp when it comes to the dentist and dread any appointment for weeks before I'm due to be seen but, Chopra and Associates really do have an amazing team that obviously care about their patients and take the time to help you feel at ease. Called the Ashford branch and the receptionist was brilliant maybe her name was glen or Glenys. Bubbly friendly and most importantly extremely helpful. Booked an appointment. Like many I'm not the biggest fan of dentists but the dentist I had put me at ease was very professional and mad me feel relaxed. Would recommend this practice

A top professional and an absolute gentleman who immediately puts you at ease and explains everything in plain English. We joined as a patient of Roseacre Dental Practice many years ago when we moved in to the area. We found the treatment and care given by Mr Wall and his team exceptional. The staff at Roseacre Dental Practice are so friendly, happy and caring. I don’t get nervous about visiting the dentist anymore because you're made to feel so welcome and at ease. I used to dread having my teeth cleaned but Kevin is so gentle I actually feel relaxed which is brilliant. My teeth felt great after and he gave me some good advice to take away. I transferred, along with my two daughters, to Roseacre Dental last year. We use the monthly plan, meaning we get everything we need for our care without the worry of unexpected bills. I have had a terrible fear of dentists and dentistry since childhood, and have avoided them most of my adult life (embarrassing but true). But a year and a half ago a tooth broke and I was in phenomenal pain. Being new to the are I rang around as many dentists as I could find, but none could/would see me urgently, or charged an absolute fortune. I finally called Orchard and they saw me the same day and at a very reasonable price. Dr Aliki took time to listen to my fears (although by then I just wanted to be saved from the pain), and over the course of a week's treatment, resolved the issue and literally saved me, even bringing forward the extraction date first thing on a Monday morning after I spent a weekend in agony begging anyone to just pull the damn tooth out!). Since then she and her team have seen me on a regular basis, slowly fixing the problems cause by my fear-based neglect...always taking time, being kind and generous with the time and knowledge. The costs have been more than reasonable for private practice, and the experience as a whole has brought me to a place where I am no longer anxious or fearful (a miracle!) The whole team at Orchard are some of the nicest and caring people you could hope to meet (take them to the pub for a chat, I bet they have some stories!). I would especially like to thank the lovely Emma who brings a warmth and compassion to her reception role, ensuring the patient is cared for and dealt with professionally but always with humanity and cheerfulness - check out her amazing hairstyle! And her mentor, the sublime Soheila who clearly knows everything there is to know and uses that wisdom to ensure the practice runs smoothly and is always focused on the patients...especially those of us who are scared and anxious. What a dream team...they have all improved my life (and my teeth!) Note - I have been asked NOT to mention the evil dentist who resides in the attic and whose maniacal laugh can be heard echoing around the building on dark, stormy nights (this is, of course, a joke!) I had my first appointment, as a new patient with Dr Wakas on Monday 15th November 2023 and my expectations were exceeded. I suffer with anxiety and he put me at ease - I had a tooth extracted at the back of my top row of teeth and it is noteworthy, that I had no pain, during or post tooth extraction. I also had an examination of my entire mouth, where it was identified that I needed a few fillings, and a bridge. The procedure I dread most regarding dentistry is the pain relief injection and this was administered slowly and was comfortable I highly recommend Dr Wakas and this dental practice. The receptionist and dental nurse were also extremely nice and pleasant and this also contributed to a very positive overall experience.

After years of being totally anxious about the dentist and avoiding going, I broke a tooth and booked an appointment at this surgery. Honestly, the best thing I've done - Dr Folake made me feel comfortable and has pretty much cured my fear. What a wonderful lady. I have just had my cap fitted and couldn't be happier. The reception staff are fabulous and I was at ease the minute I walked in. Thank you for everything. If you are nervous and need to see a dentist - book in here, you won't regret it.

I had my first appointment with Waqas back in October to discuss treatment required and issues with my bridge causing me to dislike my smile. After expressing this to Waqas he was super helpful and efficient with all the treatme t required. He made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond my expectations to create the smile I wanted just in time for Christmas. I would highly recommend Waqas and Shruti!
