Martine is a really great chef, the presentation is phenomenal and she also is really thorough in communication. Any dietary requests were met. Something I personally enjoyed was how she is able to minimise waste and reuse any left over food to turn them into more tasty meals!

I had the privilege of attending a retreat that was catered by RIU, and wow what an amazing experience. Martine truly is an absolute genius in the kitchen, everything she prepared was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Such a range of local ingredients and interesting dishes that I enjoyed every mouthful of! Really helpful service also. Couldn’t have had a better experience, will definitely be using RIU for my next event.

I was so happy I booked Martine to cater for a family birthday celebration. She was so lovely to speak to prior to the event when we discussed menu choices.
