Lovely venue and lots of room for my mum meet up event. Hazel was so helpful and welcoming. From booking to the actual event, everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend using The Venue and will be back again soon.

We had a fabulous time at the venue and we really appreciated all the support both in the lead up to my party and last night itself. A special shout out to Hina for answering endless questions, Hazel who was so helpful with suggestions and Rhianna who was very sweet all night. Hosted my baby shower on the ground floor of the venue and all of my guests commented on how beautiful it is. Shay was the staff member who was helping us throughout the day and I have to say she was exceptional! Helped us put up the backdrop and balloon arch, assisted setting up tables and was just overall a lovely spirit. Guests had lovely things to say about her hospitality. Everything we needed was provided for and the sound system is amazing and easy to use. Toilets were clean and accessible for everyone. Only 1 guest mentioned the struggle with parking because of the location of the venue, however, my dad said it was a perfect location because of all the surrounding shops. So if you forget anything you have no need to worry! The cost is well worth the hire and at the end we didn’t even have to remove rubbish bags or clean up (just remove the stuff you brought with you) this was all included in the cost and carried out by Shay. I will definitely be using this venue again for other events, perhaps my babies 1st birthday! :D THANK YOU to the venue on middle street for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime!

We celebrated our daughter's first birthday yesterday and our decorator from Darling occasions was Jennifer. She was very professional, very friendly and her attention to detail was fabulous. My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We couldn’t speak highly of them enough. A lot of our friends and family complimented the staff saying how helpful and accommodating they were! Overall, the wedding was amazing and we couldn't have done it without Dita!

She was an exceptional collaborator in how she worked with us to bring together a beautiful multicultural experience that spoke to our families’ traditions. Dita and her team were all brilliant leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. We couldn’t have done it without her. It is thanks to Dita that we have such wonderful memories of our wedding day!

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and we had such an amazing experience thanks to John and Katie. They have been incredibly organised and communicative all the way from when we first got in touch up to the end of the wedding day. John was with us on the day and kept the day running smoothly. The venue itself is perfect and picturesque especially the outdoor settings where the gardens are very well taken care of. We had 10 Flavours as our caterers where the food served was incredible and we had a lot of great feedback from guests who all loved the food. Jody and the catering staff went above and beyond, including making sure that the groom and I also got to enjoy the canapés and drinks between all the photoshoots! We are so grateful to the everyone at Oaks Farm for making our day perfect!

As a wedding photographer, I can say that Oaks Farm is a great wedding venue! The gardens and grounds are simply stunning, perfect spots for romantic couples' portraits. As a wedding planner, working with reliable suppliers is key to the success of my events. I have worked with the Fusion team on a number of weddings this year, and they have smashed it every time. They recently came to my rescue when another supplier let me down, forgetting to deliver up lighters, and refusing to return to the venue. I called Tom, on a Sunday bank holiday, whilst he was at a family BBQ, and within the hour, he had sent someone to his warehouse, who then dispatched a set of up lighters in an Uber and an hour and a half later I had them at the venue. He really goes above and beyond, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I got in touch with Mitch to hire a large disco ball for a music video shoot. He was very helpful and managed to get it to me on very short notice. The disco ball looked incredible and was in amazing condition. I was so happy with my experience and I'll definitely be hiring again!

I flew from Germany to play a party for 120 guests and arranged hire of Pioneer Decks and Mixer plus speakers. This process was very easy from start to finish. An incredible venue and experience! The staff and owner were incredibly caring and supportive from the moment I booked the event until the day itself. Everything was well-organised, and the event coordinator was extremely hands-on. The security was excellent, which put us at ease. Went to view this venue last weekend. The inside is absolutely stunning surprised at the space seeing as the outside is small and i nearly walked past it. Great that the wall and ceiling flowers are a permanent feature. Also, the sales assistant Faith is extremely friendly - left a good impression.

I made the decision to hire BuoEvents Decorations Service to decorate the venue for our mum's service. I must say it was the best decision ever. The team completely transformed a dull looking hall to a stunningly beautiful venue. They literally took care of everything, provided all that was needed and made the whole process of planning the event stress free. It was so well organised and the quality of service was AMAZING. I hired chairs Stage and cake table for my event. On 22/06/24. Since I started communicating with the owner she was very polite and patient ( as I made several calls) until we came to an agreement. When the venue said no items can be left overnight she agreed to collect at 11:30 pm for a small fee (£50) which is understandable. This booking was confirmed a day before the event though she said delivery might be late I was surprised when she call me before 9 am ( the venue was not even opened ) . Thank you Ma’am for your efficient service and fully refunded deposit. I will definitely recommend your business and definitely use your services again as you were the most competitive in the market 👍🏾✅
