Wow! What an amazing venue this is and we are both so sad that we don't have an excuse to see it again! My partner and I wanted a twilight wedding and as soon as we saw the venue, we knew it was the one for us! The rustic décor' and fairy lights made you feel like part of a fairy tale. Kylie was a dream and she made sure that we were 100% happy with all of our decisions! She also made sure that our day flowed nicely, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing! The original plan was to get married outside in the gazebo, however the english weather put a stop to that, but Kylie and team ensured the inside ceremony area was dressed beautifully and I was so delighted when I saw it, walking down the aisle. The venue was a fraction of the price compared to others that we viewed, and the flexibility allowed us to find the caterers that created the food we love. I couldn't recommend The Crown Lodge enough, and they have certainly made our dream wedding happen! Thank you so much, Nicky x

We got married at the Crown Lodge in May this year and it was the most magical day! From the initial meeting to the day itself, the team were so helpful and accommodating. Any questions or queries we had were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. The venue is simply stunning and as soon as we arrived for our venue visit a year before, we knew it was the right place immediately (even on a cold and misty winters day, it was beautiful). Kylie was incredibly helpful and we couldn’t have wished for a better co-ordinator for our wedding day. From helping us to set up, to chatting with friends and family, she made the day run smoothly and without a hitch. We honestly cannot thank you enough. We had so many comments on the day from our guests of how perfect the venue was (the views over the downs in the sunshine are amazing) and we were so lucky to have a sunny day in order to be married outside. We keep reminiscing about our wedding day and wish we could do it all over again!

There's something quite special about the Crown Lodge. As a wedding photographer myself and a lover of the outdoors, you always crave a stunning setting to play around with. Well, views for miles from up on the Downs (with some of the best sunsets) and nestled under a woodland canopy giving lovely cabin vibes really does tick all the boxes. It's a great venue for weddings and one I can totally recommend as a photographer. Ps. Make sure you take advantage of golden/blue hour... it's a must!

We got married in October 2024, we knew we wanted an Autumnal themed wedding and what better venue than Crown Lodge! It has such an intimate and cosy feel as soon as we viewed it, we just knew this was the one for us. Special mention to Kylie, she was incredible from start to finish, talked through everything with us, there was no pressure, and everything was very relaxed. Kylie was always there on the other end of an email with very quick responses to any questions. Kylie was there on the day coordinating and everything ran so perfectly! All our guests commented on how well the day flowed, saying they didn’t feel rushed, and everything was smooth. We were hoping for an outside wedding but the rain that morning meant we were inside, HOWEVER, they set everything up so beautifully I am so pleased it was inside, it was so cosy we couldn’t have wished for anything better. Plus, we were lucky enough to have the most amazing sunset in the evening! The views at the venue mean you can get beautiful wedding photos. If you’re looking for a venue who takes care of YOU and your wedding day, this is the venue to choose, I wish I could give 100 stars and do it all over again! Photos are by Olly Knight Photography.

We had our wedding this week at crown lodge and we are soooooo glad we chose this venue. It was the first venue that we had viewed but we just knew when we walked in that it was the place we needed to get married. Kylie is AMAZING!! There is nothing that is a problem and she keeps the day running smoothly and the chaotic bride calm in the run up to and on the day (my bad!) 😂 If you are looking for a truly magical place, crown lodge is it. The views are stunning, the venue is beautiful and every single person that attended commented the exact same. I’m so sad it’s over already! Thank you so much for everything ❤️
