We have used this company multiple times now and every time they do not disappoint. It is great to find a true tradesman not just one who claims to be. The last job they undertook was not easy but they carried this work through with a quality finish totally unsupervised . I Can’t speak highly enough about them. Many thanks for some jobs well done.

Ken is very knowledgeable, competent and committed to providing a very high standard of workmanship. He is also honest and transparent in all his communications, which helps create a strong sense of trust and peace of mind. He is probably the best gas engineer I came across and I would certainly use him again in the future.

He fixed my Genius Smart Heating system on two occasions now and got it working when no-one else could. He will go the extra mile for you and is very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.

Dan has recently finished a complete bathroom re-fit for us. Work done very competently with every consideration of how we wished it to look. He worked very hard and within time-frame given. A very busy man and highly recommended!

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. We needed a new boiler as our broke down just as the cold weather arrived. Gary came out and identified the problem. He ordered the new boiler and it was installed within the week. As we were without heating they also loaned us some convector heaters. Rob installed the new boiler and was efficient , tidy, punctual and explained how the new boiler worked. Gary phoned the next day to check we were happy and warm with the new boiler. Would definitely recommend the company.

Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

Total Energy Services have carried out various works for me including oil boiler servicing and emergency work to clear a blockage in my hot water system. On all occasions the engineers have been friendly and polite. They also take the time to explain what work they are doing and why. They are a highly efficient company which I highly recommend.

I had a problem with no hot water, last week. So called Tom from TT Gas & Heating Services. He was able to come out the next day and see what the problem was. Found the problem inside the boiler and ordered the parts straight away. Tom was very clean and tidy whilst working and repairing the boiler. Tom did a fantastic job, would highly recommend him.
