Been using them since moving down here 7 years ago. They refitted 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom and have done various other odd jobs since. Always friendly, efficient and helpful with everything they do.

I would highly recommend Osprey Plumbing services. The business director and owner, Kieran, is reliable and very approachable. He fitted a new combi-boiler in my house recently and I am so pleased with his work. He is efficient and a very conscientious and neat worker, he cleaned up after himself so well you wouldn’t know we’d had any work done. On top of this, Kieran doesn't charge over-the- top, ridiculous prices. His pricing is reasonable and fair.

Keiron came several times for minor repairs and replacing kitchen sink. He was highly professional and efficient, very pleasant and thoughtful and his work was superb. Also, his charges are most reasonable. I shall call on him regularly for boiler maintenance etc and recommend him very highly.

Kieran was brilliant- punctual, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Carried out the work we had agreed on, plus went out of his way to help sort out a problem with my kitchen cupboard, which was over and above his remit. He left the area clean and tidy and was on hand to answer questions even after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and will definitely use him again in the future.

I would reccomend Kieran to anyone. He installed the shower cubicle that I have shown here. He was hard working, efficient and a pleasant, nice guy.well done.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. Malcolm conducted the annual Water Tank Service as well as fixing the plug in the ensuite bathroom. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found. I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Full marks and definately one for my future tradesman list.

Darren at Valley Drains was really helpful. He and his co-worker came out within two hours of me contacting them. They dealt with my blocked drains extremely efficiently. Turned out it was an issue for Wessex Water, so Darren explained how I should be able to get a refund. I found he and his colleague polite, professional and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.

Darren and Jack cleared several blocked up rainwater drains and ran a CCTV survey at a property I've just moved into. When I first called their number it went to voicemail but Darren texted me an hour or so later when he had signal and was at my house within 24hrs of first contact. They arrived early, talked me through everything, made useful suggestions for solutions and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. The drains are all unblocked, they cleaned up after themselves and I now know much more about the drainage situation here and have options for future works. Throughout they were polite, professional and respectful. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Had water leaking through the ceiling. Phoned Todd early on a Saturday Morning and he was with us within minutes. The leek was found to be coming from within a wall and in an awkward position. Although he was limited for time he still ensured that all the necessary work was completed. Cannot fault the service provided. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Todd has come to our home on a number of occasions, to fit a shower, new bathroom, remove old radiators, fit new radiators, leaking taps. We had so many problems with our home through renovations and Todd was fantastic on each occasion, fitting us in last minute to ensure other trades could complete works. Whenever I drive or walk through Bridport, I always notice a Guy Crabb van. I wanted a number of refurbishments done on my bathroom, en-suite and utility rooms and being fairly new to the area, wondered who to choose. My neighbours were not any help as they all had poor experiences with one man bands or other small firms. So I thought why not try Guy Crabb, they must be doing something right with so many vans. We popped into their showroom on Gore Cross business park last June and left them a list of work to be done and asked for a quote. The very pleasant lady did tell us that they had a huge backlog of work since the pandemic and it might be many weeks before they could visit my home to quote. Well it was October when a very nice man called Mike Smyth visited to quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. 2 weeks later we received an itemised quote which we accepted immediately after choosing specific taps, wall panels and a pan at their showroom. It was Jan 23 before they were able to start work and a young man called Shane was assigned to carry out the work. He was very pleasant and friendly but also very professional, methodical and meticulous in his work. It took 3 1/4 days to install 3 shower panels, a new shower, 2 basin taps, 1 utility sink tap and a new loo pan. He did encounter a few issues withe the existing installations but overcame those. The invoice was exactly as per the quote but with the additional components used charged for. All in all, this was great work by a most professional company. Every employee that we either met or spoke to on the phone were friendly, happy and professional. The only downside was the wait until they could do the work. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely 100%.

Our hall ceiling was dripping like a rain forest. Ian & Reece just kept on ferreting away until they were content that they had all of the possible sources of the leak repaired. No questions left unanswered. The major problem was a failed hot water tank. Then they installed a more modern tank with the neatest copper pipework I have ever seen, worthy of the Tate gallery. They kept us informed every step of the way. They stuck to their original estimate and their were no little surprise extras. That day started as a nightmare and ended with smiles all round.
