Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. He only accepts the highest standards and you always feel very comfortable when he is around your home. I have no hesitation in recommending him most highly.

I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Full marks and definately one for my future tradesman list.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. Malcolm conducted the annual Water Tank Service as well as fixing the plug in the ensuite bathroom. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found. We asked Luke to install new taps in the kitchen and bathroom. We found him extremely helpful, very efficient, prompt and reliable. The work was done effectively and without any mess. I would recommend Luke to anyone locally looking for a plumber.

Luke is a top bloke, I messaged him at asking to take a look at removing a bathroom for me and within the hour he popped over. Later that day he provided a great quote and once agreed arranged to come over the next day to do the job. The work was quick and tidy, taking care of everything i had wanted. Highly recommend him, and will be contacting him again in the future for any more plumbing work I have.

Luke is professional plumber and heating engineer, meticulous and hard working. He is extremely polite, listened to our requirements and is measured in his demeanour. Luke retro fitted out entire central heating and water system inc’ boiler. Highly recommend him.

Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. Really nice man and highly recommended.

Heatfluence is the best company we've worked with for complete strip-out and installing new bathrooms (& we've done c.20). Kye has been responsive, ultra-professional, has listened to what we want and executed it brilliantly, turned up every day on time and worked solidly. We would recommend him absolutely. We love our new bathrooms, everything works perfectly, and we didn't even give him biscuits with his coffee. The best. We almost miss him.

Following a very competitive quotation, in 2017 James and his team installed a brand new central heating boiler and radiator system at my home in Langport. This work was very satisfactorily completed within a week and I have been more than happy with the efficiency of my system and its ease of operation. Following some window work to a bedroom a radiator valve cover went "missing". I contacted Artisan in order to source a replacement and one was posted out free of charge. This week I had a minor issue with air in a couple of radiators and was offered a possible solution in case a visit was not necessary :-) I didn't want to "fiddle" with the boiler so I asked for an engineer to call and the matter was resolved within a couple of days plus he gave clear guidance as to what to do in future. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Artisan both for the work and the after service!

Artisan were amazing. We first used them when we won a facebook comp for a filtered drinking water tap. They were so professional and tidy we knew then when we were upgrading our bathrooms etc we would use them. From March 19 we started to refurbish the whole house (3 story town house). We liaised with Linda and James (Artisan) on what we wanted to do - the whole house. They would do all our plumbing needs ie., 1 x bathroom, 1 x en-suite and 1 x downstairs WC, all radiators. Linda would also project manage everything as she knows exactly what to do and when to do it. We also needed joiners, painters, electrician, tiler and flooring - and we asked Linda and James who they would recommend as they link in with companies on a regular basis. Again, Linda would project manage everyone as we went with all their suggestions. Together we came up with a price for each of the bathrooms where we chose all the fitments etc. The initial price was a lot higher than we wanted and Linda therefore did a lot of work sending us to Shepton Mallet to choose alternative fittings (but not as expensive). She worked everything out down to the last part and came in at what we wanted to pay. (With the money we saved we did actually get them to do additional work, and changed some things to the most expensive where we deemed it best). James came round every Friday to check on how the work was getting on and pushing the guys along if they need it. He also took all the old materials away each week so we never had anything hanging around for long. The rooms were hoovered and tidied up every day so we could utilise rooms as and when. They sorted out our main bathroom initially so we could then live on our top floor with the bedroom and bath while they worked on the en-suite etc. This worked really well. All the other craftsmen/women were fantastic and of the same high calibre as Artisan. Linda will let you have the details of these if you need them and I suggest you use them if you want a good job. The work was finished after 4-5 months and the house looks amazing - this is all thanks to Artisan as without them we wouldn't have the house/home we do now. They also continued to help out after their work with the plumbing had been finalised. Our Kitchen was done separately through another specialist company. We can't recommend Artisan (Linda and James) enough. They and their workers were brilliant. The craftsman ship of all the work is first class. We spent a huge amount refurbishing and we are pleased with every penny spent. (We have both unfortunately had cowboy builders in the past so know things can go wrong if you don't use a reputable company). Please please please use Artisan if you want a beautiful, professional and friendly job done. Sam and Dave

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair.
