After several problems with our old boiler, Wayne came out on the same day to try and diagnose the problem. He then supplied and fitted a new boiler for us as he didnt want to leave us without heating and hot water with a young family. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him. We can't thank him enough.

Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. Worked efficiently, attention to detail, left clean and tidy. Work was at the highest standards. Will keep him in our books and we would warmly recommend him to others.

Huw recently serviced our boiler. His knowledge is first class, very thorough and explains everything without all the usual jargon. He will now become our go to for all our gas/plumbing needs - couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. It’s such a shame that he has moved out of area because I would love to have been a regular customer! He was really kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! Top guy!

Luke is a top bloke, I messaged him at asking to take a look at removing a bathroom for me and within the hour he popped over. Later that day he provided a great quote and once agreed arranged to come over the next day to do the job. The work was quick and tidy, taking care of everything i had wanted. Highly recommend him, and will be contacting him again in the future for any more plumbing work I have.

We asked Luke to install new taps in the kitchen and bathroom. We found him extremely helpful, very efficient, prompt and reliable. The work was done effectively and without any mess. I would recommend Luke to anyone locally looking for a plumber.

I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He is very friendly and excellent at his job. He is a qualified plumber and heating engineer so can do everything. We virtually knocked our house down and rebuilt it and Luke did everything, refitting bathrooms and toilets to fitting a brand new central heating system. He is extremely professional and we wouldn't work with anyone else.

Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. Really nice man and highly recommended.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service from MJS plumbing & heating. I had an issue with my LPG boiler. I emailed out of hours, received an appointment time within 2 days. The engineer was on time, polite and friendly. He explained the issue and what he was doing, and got my boiler up and running in minutes! Highly recommended!!

Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. Malcolm conducted the annual Water Tank Service as well as fixing the plug in the ensuite bathroom. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found.
