Me and my girlfriend bought a 200 year old cottage as our first home, in need of modernising (new combi boiler, radiators, hot and cold pipes, flume, update all old micro bore pipes) as you could imagine nothing was straight forward. R.W.Thomas have done an incredible job. Will was very helpful, easy to get hold of and honest, Stuart who did the work is a very talented man, really friendly, really tidy and made our house feel like a home . We couldn’t be happier and will be getting R.W.Thomas back to work on our bathroom.!!!

Will quoted to update an old, 70's warm air heating system. This had one boiler to supply heating and another to supply hot water so pretty inefficient. Will suggested installing one Worcester Bosch combi boiler to provide both heat and water. Will's colleague Josh carried out all the work himself (a lot - 3 old appliances to remove; run all new water piping, plus gas piping from the gas meter; install the new system and make good afterwards) in good time and in a very enthusiastic and friendly manner. Very happy with the new, much neater system and would definitely recommend RW Thomas!
