I have been using Blacks Plumbing & Heating for years now, and wouldn't bother using anyone else for my properties. I can always rely on Blacks to quote the job accurately, and the work has always been completed to a very high standard. Ian is always polite and professional, and I have recommended him to many friends and family who are also just as happy with his services. A***** from me!
Our hall ceiling was dripping like a rain forest. Ian & Reece just kept on ferreting away until they were content that they had all of the possible sources of the leak repaired. No questions left unanswered. The major problem was a failed hot water tank. Then they installed a more modern tank with the neatest copper pipework I have ever seen, worthy of the Tate gallery. They kept us informed every step of the way. They stuck to their original estimate and their were no little surprise extras. That day started as a nightmare and ended with smiles all round.
Excellent service. Ian and his team were professional and polite. They did a great quality job on our house boiler installation and three bathrooms. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
