Called Kevin at Pocklington Pest Control after hearing scratching in the ceilings; he was here within 2 hours if my initial call (on a Sunday) after calling me after about 30 mins if my voicemail, full inspection of the attic and nothing found but treatments laid to be on the safe side. He also let me know about a couple of other things in the attic just to keep an eye on but didn't need treatment. Very reasonable price; highly recommended.

Dennis (Surveyor), Andy (Technician), and Joanne (telephone agent) was nothing short of amazing. Came out carried out the survey and reassured me it was a small job after being told it was a big job and would cost over £1k. Dennis provided a report and was honest and his experience shown throughout and the price was much less than what others had quoted. The office was great and kept me updated and ensured all my questions were asked. Andy was great, told me everything I needed and ensured my mind was at rest. Glad I chose Rentokil over others who came out. Thank you and I will defo use you again if needed and recommend you.

Having discovered a woodworm problem in our property, I approached Rentokil. Andrew Walker the surveyor arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew was polite and professional and explained clearly what was required to resolve the issue. He arranged for a technician to attend. Todd the technician was punctual, efficient and he too was very polite. I had to contact the office and was dealt with by Carla, Mandy and Joanne all three were pleasant and helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with Rentokil and their team and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Andy attended to complete a small damp course. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite and did a very professional job. He left the site as tidy as he could. Strongly recommend him for future work.

Rentokil Leeds have completed damp proofing works at my property in Normanton, West Yorkshire today. The whole experience from initial call right through to getting the guarantee by email today has been fantastic. Lee came out to survey the property and was both knowledgeable and professional taking time out to explain damp issues and the processes/options available.
