Dennis (Surveyor), Andy (Technician), and Joanne (telephone agent) was nothing short of amazing. Came out carried out the survey and reassured me it was a small job after being told it was a big job and would cost over £1k. Dennis provided a report and was honest and his experience shown throughout and the price was much less than what others had quoted. The office was great and kept me updated and ensured all my questions were asked. Andy was great, told me everything I needed and ensured my mind was at rest. Rentokil Leeds have completed damp proofing works at my property in Normanton, West Yorkshire today. The whole experience from initial call right through to getting the guarantee by email today has been fantastic. Lee came out to survey the property and was both knowledgeable and professional taking time out to explain damp issues and the processes/options available. Found damp in our bungalow we moved into and got in touch with Rentokil. They sent Jason out to survey the property and his report came back within two weeks. We needed work doing in two rooms. The price was agreed and a date set to start. The date came round and Andy Wilson turned up on time to do the work. Andy was polite and friendly and a hard worker. I can say that there was no mess. Also the dust was extracted with his equipment he brought. His work was completed on time and with minimal fuss and mess. Good work Andy, you are a credit to the company, well done.

Fantastic service. I phoned Kevin at 4pm on a Friday after finding hundreds of wasps in the loft. He was here the following day at 10:30, did a full inspection, found the nest and treated it. Very reasonably priced and very professional.

First class service. Needed assistance after some wasps nests were discovered by our tradesmen during refurbish. These were under floorboards inside our home! Swift response to initial email even during the weekend, and delighted the fellas visited within 36x hours. Alarmingly 12x nests found!! All old ones fortunately, but removed upon request and plenty of advice given. Very pleased with such professional and courteous service.

I received a highly professional response from them, the appointment time was kept and my pest problem was sorted quickly and professionally. You turned out promptly and carried out a thorough investigation, which identified a problem with a very old drain that had enable pests to gain access under our floor. The investigation only took about 1 hour, and you were able to resolve our problem to get rid of the pests with only minimal disruption. A follow up visit the following week indicated that the pests had gone, but you recommended a third visit a week later as a double check. Chris came to look at resolving a potential pigeon problem under my solar panels. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.
