We discovered a wasps nest in our loft on a Sunday and a freind found Ian’s website so we messaged him expecting a reply during the week. Ian replied instantly, in short order was on the phone and arranged to come the next day - Ian arrived exactly as he said he would, told us what he would do before starting his work, and proceeded immediately.
