I have used Anderton's service four time now and each time I have been impressed. The last time I called to explain how my lock had jammed and the repair was 'done' by phone!! Literally!! How to fix the problem, no charge! On previous occasions of using Anderton to install locks I was given clear and detailed information as to what the job entailed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed, over all a very professional service. I can highly recommend.

Excellent service from Ken. Repaired a broken UPVC patio door and lock. Arrived on time & cleaned up after himself when he finished. Can't recommend him enough.

I had an emergency. An elderly resident wasn't responding to calls so I called Ken at Andertons to gain access to her flat. He dropped everything and arrived within 10 minutes, secured access without causing any damage, and we found the owner collapsed on the floor. Ken called an ambulance and stayed until the medics arrived. He was polite, thoughtful, considerate, and very sympathetic to our situation. I couldn't have asked for any better service - brilliant!

Called Ken on Thursday to have a key safe priced and check on when it could be installed at an ilkley address.“ is tomorrow okay”. All done within 24 hours. All the more impressive is that I live in the USA. Very responsive and great customer awareness and empathy. Thanks Ken
