He Came out to my house quickly the next morning and fixed in 10 mins. Was not too expensive, he didn’t rip me off and was a fair price. Saved his number for any problems that might arise in the future

Really pleased with the work Mark carried out on a faulty locking mechanism on our front door that was installed by another company. He came to do the work within a couple of days of our initial phone call, and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Mark, he is friendly, honest and professional.

Called Mark at 5pm monday evening after I had removed the old cylinder lock from the front but couldn't get the new one to fit. Then couldn't get the old lock back in either, so big problem! Mark talked me through a couple of options for free (!) but I still couldn't get either lock to fit, so Mark sent an engineer and it was all sorted within 2 hours. Excellent service! Thanks Mark.
