Arranged a date for work to be done and said I’d get a call when he was on the way. Got a call to say he was 10 mins away. Work done quickly and very helpful. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars was the 10 mins notice. I had thought I’d get approx a 30-60 min heads up. Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend.

The lock on our french doors failed this morning meaning we had to cancel some plans for today. But we rang Stephen and he was at our house within a couple of hours. He found the problem and had sorted it almost before I had time to make him his cup of coffee! What a charming, knowledgeable man we have added him to our list of reliable tradesmen and will recommend him to all our friends.
