I cannot thank Rachel at Timpson's enough for her amazing help with my son's school shoes! One of the soles had nearly come off, and I was in a bit of a panic because he needed them fixed urgently. Rachel reassured me right away, explaining exactly what could be done and how quickly she could get them repaired. She worked so efficiently and made the shoes look as good as new! What really stood out was Rachel's kindness and understanding-she truly went above and beyond to help a stressed parent out!!

Jim is an absolute legend! I had been to 6 different key cutting/fixing places to get a my van key fixed. The buttons were well gone months ago and for some reason the key was a renault key for a vauxhall van. Every other store told me I needed a full new key and reprogramming which would have been around £180. Jim took the time to solder new buttons to my existing key circuit board and install it into a new case. He had to solder two buttons with 4 contact points each on the tiniest board. Incredibly fiddly. Absolute legend and the key works perfectly saving me so much time in the day getting tools out of my van. Can't thank Jim enough. I also saw him deal with multiple customer and nothing was too much trouble.
