Arrived at the arranged time. Explained what he believes is the problem. On investigation of the locking mechanism he was correct. Advise me on the total cost to replace the broken part, which I accepted. Very pleasant and professional guy. Highly Recommend.
Excellent service! The lock on my sitting room window was broken. I called Anglokey for a quote then I sent some pictures of the broken lock and I got an instant reasonable quote from Rick. I went ahead with the repair which was quick and carried out on the same day! If I need a locksmith I will definitely go for Anglokey again. Rick was really helpful and explains everything clearly.
