From our initial call with Lizzie, to Nigel coming out and replacing our temperamental locks, we received a first class service. Nigel is polite, efficient, professional and tidy who very swiftly replaced the faulty locks and cut extra keys at the same time, all for a very reasonable price. My bathroom window would not close which meant we could not leave the house until it was resolved. I contacted Scott and he immediately knew what the problem was. I used Scott @pick of the bunch locksmiths to do a safety inspection on all of the locks in my home to see if they were British standard and were acceptable for my home insurance. Many were found to be of poor quality. Scott changed them and brought everything up to medren standards. He was polite, efficient and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.
