Brilliant customer service at the Whitstable branch. She couldn't have been more helpful. She didnot charge me for the extensive repair that was completed on my elderly fathers shoe. I would 100% recommend using this shop.

I happened to be in the area and decided to get a couple of additional keys cut as I was near this branch of Timsons. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, got the keys cut quickly, and did a nice job as the keys worked well when we got home (I’ve had previous ones that didn’t). Very pleased with the service.

Needed multiple different keys cut and the lady at the counter could not have been more helpful, popped in to Tesco to grab a few bits and when I returned my keys were all done and bagged up, the lady was also just finishing a pair of shoes that she repaired for the person that was behind me in the shop! Talk about fast service!! Will definitely be coming back!
