Great service from Paul. He replaced our lock quickly and explained clearly what the problem was when our front door wouldn’t unlock. Was also very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Paul as my front door wasn't latching shut properly. He came to take a look the same day, and explained clearly both the problem and my options, including costs. And having sourced the replacement lock we agreed on, he returned and installed it a few days later. Excellent service from Paul when I managed to lock us out this evening. Answered his phone very quickly and with a few simple questions worked out the type of lock we had. Paul then came out really quickly and managed to get us in within minutes of arriving. Extremely friendly with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Paul, excellent service at a very reasonable price. I had left the key in the lock from the inside and closed the door. Paul responded so quickly to my call and was with me within 20 minutes. He used his tools to enable me to get back into my house, no damage to the locks or lock replacement.
