Adam has just sorted out a new battery replacement for my car fob and new keys for my home, both were dealt with quickly and professionally.

We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!

What a great service! My front door lock was broken. Phoned up Authorised Access asking for assistance and was guided through some fault finding actions by Dave over the phone. As a result I avoided a call out charge and with Daves guidance was able to remove the faulty lock and take it into their shop for a replacement. It would have been easier and more profitable for them to have sent a locksmith (and they would have done had i struggled) but some good old fashioned customer service, free advice meant a saving of over £100. Thank you Dave at Authorised Access, top job 👍

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Solved the problem and i drove away happy. Would definitely use again. Very reasonably priced compared to others around. Had a good laugh and joke while he was fixing the problem.
