I called because of the excellent reviews I read. I spoke to James he came round the same day and fixed my door with no fuss. I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.

I had reason to need a locksmith whilst away from home to fix a front door lock on our home. I spoke to James via telephone and he said he would go and check it out and phone me back. He was as good as his word and did what he said he would do and followed it. He explained the problem to me answered any questions I had and was very reassuring. He was very reasonable in price too. James comes highly recommended. Great service: he repaired an existing lock rather than simply (and more expensively) replacing it, and also explained exactly what he had done in fitting a new lock so I could be confident with talking to the insurance company. Good communications, reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would happily recommend him to friends and family.
