Steve is a professional but friendly guy who offers a great service at a reasonable price. I have used him numerous times and will always recommend him.

I wanted to change my upvc back door locks so that instead of having to lift the lever to engage the locks it would always lock as I closed it behind me and would need a key to reopen it. Guardian were able to source and replace the whole locking bar system with a new one for me despite the door being about 30 years old. I am delighted with the result and the price I paid was very reasonable in my opinion. I'd recommend Guardian where you will get a warm, professional service and their knowledge means you get the right advice to solve your problem. I expected to have to buy a new door but this has saved me £££.

Excellent service today with a composite door locking mechanism that wouldn’t engage. Andrew quickly diagnosed the fault , requiring a new central component which unfortunately wasn’t in stock. So he detached the required part from a full assembly that was in stock and fitted it to our mechanism. Whole process less than 20 minutes and a bill for 40 odd quid rather than £110 plus for the full item. Outstanding !

Replaced a broken gearbox on multipoint lock for rock door, whilst I waited. Always had brilliant service from these guys. Been using this company for about 25 years. Speaking to Warren today who has been with them for 20years. All staff are friendly full of knowledge and very helpful. As for the negative reviews because they don’t do car keys, is because they don’t need to. Five stars all round.

Excellent communication - contacted Mike in the evening to ask if he could come and look at the door, as it wasn't locking. Mike offered some suggestions for us to try first, which was very helpful. After trying the suggestions, the door still wouldn't lock. Mike was straight out to us and gave us a price for fixing the problem (a price that he stuck by). Mike was on time, reliable and respectful of our property. I would definitely recommend to others.
