Locksmith arrived well within the promised one hour, neatly removed a lock to allow us access and replaced with a better product in about 15 minutes - amazing. Overall excellent service. Note, I had two locksmiths turn down the work and one who said they could do it but an hour later rang to say they actually couldn't before I called White Rose. I'll certainly be keeping their details, just in case we stupidly leave spare keys in the locks when we go out.

My 22year old daughter got up for work at 5 am and the key had broken in her bedroom door, she couldn’t get out. Someone came within 30 mins and got her out! Service was amazing , thank you so much

Cannot praise the service enough! Called at midnight for an emergency with my car’s Disklok steering wheel cover. I had travelled for a wedding and forgotten the key at home with everything happening, theses locks are extremely difficult to disable. Throughout it all I was reassured and after a lot of trying, success! Thank you so much, got me out of a terrible (and stupid) situation during a very important time.

Amazing service. Andrew was there within the hour, late in the evening to fix my 85 year old mother’s door, who lives alone. He kept in contact with me via the phone to explain what was occurring and he was compassionate and kind to my mum which my mum really appreciated as did I. …Oh and of course he fixed the door too… ☺️ Thank you.
