Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person. Neil helped us as our key was getting stuck in the lock and not moving (on the outside), so risking us getting locked out. Neil came out really quickly, and resolved the issue quickly and it hasn't re-occured. Thanks again for your help.
