Tom is truly a professional. He kept me up-to-date about my appointment schedule for any delay. And he spent all his effort to sort out the steering wheel lock issue of my Merc W204 without a moment of rest. Also he was willing to explain the issue and resolution to me. He is absolutely a legend.

Can’t thank Tom enough. Came out to me very quickly on short notice as my van wouldn’t unlock due to flat battery issue. Within 5mins of arrival we had the van started and I was on my way!

Called in the morning as my works transit truck ignition barrel had seized. Came out that morning and fixed my ignition barrel within an hour. He was friendly, reliable with no fuss and got my works truck back in the road. Couldn’t fault the service.

John's very quick to respond and extremely punctual. Not just providing good pricing, but also extremely informative so I as a consumer, know what I'm paying for. Hence, for me to fork out more monies than originally planned came naturally on-the-spot as John was walking me through some options available for locks and handles in-person. He provides 12 months warranty in event of any installation giving issues down the road. I had reached out to him for this gig out of some reviews I read here, and he truly lives up to his track record. I wouldn't go to anyone else after this for similar gigs.

Called them for emergency access to a Rock security door with high security lock fitted. Arrived promptly, gained entry and replaced the lock which included a set of five keys which was very handy, and also cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and price very reasonable. Did a level 3 auto locksmithing course with Train and it was really good. The instructors are very, very knowledgable and supportive. I can now do EEPROM, cloning, programming and vehicle entry confidently. I used my final ELC credit from the RAF and I have no regrets. Contacted Martin 23.12.24 many places closed not responding. Took car up to Train and Martin checked the batteries in the key fob. He then gave me comprehensive advice as to what to do next. I would have been at the mercy of many! Martin did not want a penny for any of this. Really pleasant, professional, and willing to help. Thoroughly recommend.

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma. He was patient, helpful and explained everything and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. Had to call out an emergency locksmith during a weekend evening due to the operating mechanism in my upvc door failing which prevented it from locking. After attempting to contact a number of local 24 hr locksmiths who would not answer their phones I decided to try Lowton Locks. I must say that I was not disappointed when the owner Kelvin answered the phone immediately and said he would attend within the hour. Very friendly chap who quickly made a temporary repair to the mechanism which allowed the door to be locked The gearbox in the mechanism had failed which required a new one and he promised to return Monday morning to fit a new part. Again not disappointed as he returned punctually as stated , replaced the gearbox and carried out adjustments to the hinges. The door now works better than it did when new and overall I was very pleased with the level of service.
