A totally professional and fast service. Carl was a total gent and even went out of his way to fix the hinges on my door in order to make the lock fit more smoothly. Without a doubt 10/10 service, would highly recommend.
My front door lock lost it's will to live unexpectedly. It wasn't the first time my locks had proved temperamental. Carl was out to me within hours, gave me advice and clear pricing. Decided to have two locks and mechanisms replaced with more robust ones. Great guy, would definitely use him again when needed and recommend to friends.
Carl did a fantastic job repairing the lock on our front door. He was professional, courteous, and was able to come out at short notice. He made sure everything was working before leaving. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.
