I called Damon after the lock on my front door started sticking. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour. He was polite and friendly and even offered to fit new handles for free if I decided to purchase some in the future. After a spate of local burglaries in Hadfield, Dave responded immediately and relaced the locks on our doors with anti-snap locks at a very fair price. He has since returned and assisted a number of our neighbours. A local business who is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Scott did a quick, efficient and great professional job renewing & reprogramming the remote key on my Mk 7 Transit, Using a genuine Ford key. The Central locking even works a whole lot better than when I first bought the van. A good £100 cheaper than the main dealer quote too! Very happy with the service.

Had a niggling issue with the front door lock for a while until it decided to eat the key! Found Sure Locks on Google and we made the call. Wife and toddler at home so keen to get sorted quickly. The guys came out promptly to assess an issue with a seized lock on our door, and then we're able to get the parts and full lock replacement quickly. Alongside that they were able to modify another door replacing an unfit for purpose lock. Both doors now fit and operate much better than they ever have before.

After locking myself out of my house and being messed around by another company, I got in touch with Kirsten who was able to come out within 20 minutes and managed to get me back into my house within minutes of arriving. Her call out fee was very reasonable and she said she would try and get me in without having to drill or replace the lock, which she managed to do.
