Paul was absolutely amazing. He said he’d be with me in 30 minutes on extremely short notice and arrived in 15. Amazing chat whilst doing the work & knows how to put a smile on your face in a frustrating situation. The job I called him out for wasn’t a cakewalk and he made it look easier than ever. Fantastic service from Paul. Called to enquire about replacement UPVC door looks, he came round to my house literally within 10 minutes. Explained everything regarding the replacement locks and gave me a great quote. He ordered the new locks and installed them with no mess.
