Had to call out an emergency locksmith during a weekend evening due to the operating mechanism in my upvc door failing which prevented it from locking. After attempting to contact a number of local 24 hr locksmiths who would not answer their phones I decided to try Lowton Locks. I must say that I was not disappointed when the owner Kelvin answered the phone immediately and said he would attend within the hour. Very friendly chap who quickly made a temporary repair to the mechanism which allowed the door to be locked The gearbox in the mechanism had failed which required a new one and he promised to return Monday morning to fit a new part. Again not disappointed as he returned punctually as stated , replaced the gearbox and carried out adjustments to the hinges. The door now works better than it did when new and overall I was very pleased with the level of service.

Kelvin at lowton locks absolutly brilliant came out at short notice to fix 2 windows that would not lock back bedroom and bathroom professional great comunication very knowledgable on all locks gave great advice prompt service with a smile very reasonable pricing trustworthy and friendly would defo reccommend to family and friends..now have two perfectly locking windows..thank you so much Kelvin Mo Gardner
