Steve was absolutely brilliant it was an emergency call out, he was here very quickly and communicated really well to reassure me on the time he would arrive as I had my dog locked inside the house and I was quite anxious about that. He had the door open in no time and a new lock replaced. Excellent and professional service

Arrived on time, very efficient and professional young man. Checked everything once he had finished asked me to check everything and that I was happy with his work. Very friendly and trustworthy I would definitely recommend. He left 3 keys for each door.

Would highly recommend this company, Steve came out at short notice on a Sunday morning as I was trapped in my flat, the lock & mechanism had gone on my front door which wouldn’t open. He was polite, professional and explained what had broken & what & why it needed replacing.

Steve was great, fantastic job done will use again at some point for sure, would highly recommend if your lock breaks or you loose your keys and also turned up on time so did not have to wait around, Perfect job.
