Absolutely awesome guys . In a very fraught situation they talked us through everything we needed to do to organise getting new barrels and keys for 5 security locks. Can’t praise them enough. Thank you again for all your help. Genuinely great staff.

What a great service! My front door lock was broken. Phoned up Authorised Access asking for assistance and was guided through some fault finding actions by Dave over the phone. As a result I avoided a call out charge and with Daves guidance was able to remove the faulty lock and take it into their shop for a replacement. It would have been easier and more profitable for them to have sent a locksmith (and they would have done had i struggled) but some good old fashioned customer service, free advice meant a saving of over £100. Thank you Dave at Authorised Access, top job 👍

Great guys to deal with. Had an old lock that needed a spare key cutting. Went above and beyond to get it cut and only charged me £7.20 … quite unbelievable. Thank you Dave and Lee
