Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

Incredible service right from the first email to the fitting of new locks. Everybody was very friendly and knowledgable. Searching for a local lock smith felt like a bit of a mine field and I wasn’t sure who was truly trustworthy but it’s easy to see why Lancashire Lock & Safe has had such a long history, with so many 5 star reviews. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I needed to change the house door lock following a break in attempt. The staff identified the broken lock as rubbish and identified a suitable, much more robust alternative which would fit. It was a doddle to fit. I also got a couple of padlocks to replace some I have fitted to gates. I very much appreciated the technical help on selecting the appropriate locks and fitting tips. A fantastic service and reasonable prices. Now my default locksmith.

What can I say.. They are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond with helping me they were poliet and ever so helpful. I had an issue with my locks on my car and my fob not working. They took the time to help me and sorted out the issue, he managed to uncease my locks and i got extra keys cut (my choice) as I wanted the security of knowing I had spares that worked. I couldn't of asked for better service. They have no idea what they did to help my mind in this stressful time of my life. All I can do if thank them dealy.

Great service and prices very reasonable Had 3 different types of keys cut

Called in twice when I was having a problem with the lock on my car. First time, they tried to sort a new key, but unfortunately it didn't work so they didn't charge me, actually giving me a refund of what I'd paid for the key. Then after I'd had the lock taken out of the door, I took it into the shop. He rebuilt the lock and issued me with a new key that worked, all at an extremely reasonable cost. And what's more, he'd done it within an hour, something I definitely wasn't expecting. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent, friendly, prompt service that doesn't fleece you!

Just had Gary out today to do me a spare key for my Citroën Relay Campervan. Excellent communication, very quick to reply, even though it was a Sunday I messaged him. I had 3 prices and Gary was the most competitive. He did an excellent job and I've now got the peace of mind that comes with having a spare. We were having trouble with our adblue light staying on even when it was full of adblue the annoying count down had started and we didn’t know what to do? Absolute wizard, had a locksmith out 3 months ago to fix a collapsed barrel following his visit the car wouldn't start. Had multiple people look at it with no one being able to figure out the problem, Gary came out the day after I contacted him, found the problem and fixed it. Hughie went above and beyond for us today after the one and only key fob we had for our delivery vehicle failed and we were locked out of it. He provides an extremely efficient service and after quoting me over the telephone arrived within half an hour. 2 new key fobs and 1 key all programmed on my drive in no time by a very honest and professional man at a very reasonable price. Superb service- had to arrange a new key whilst I was abroad at 4pm on a Friday night to be able to drive home at 10pm. The whole thing arranged over text, met at the agreed time and was on the move within 15 minutes. Great customer service, easy to work with and great attitude to helping me out! I would absolutely recommend. Not in hurry to need the service again but have the number saved.

quick fix and response. I was so worried but Mark explained the issue and fix detailly. he was so good that I can understand it even I am not a fluent English speaker! he saved my day.

A strong recommendation for me. Saved the day when I had lost my keys abroad. He had quite a big job on his hands getting through my Fort Knox locks, but did an amazing job. Tenacious, friendly and reliable, and very reasonably priced.
