Excellent service. Came out within 30 mins to fix a jammed bathroom door. Aweth was very fast and professional and honest, unlocking the jam and even creating another hole for our lock (which was never done when we first got the lock fitted lol). Would highly recommend their service.

Awesome service: Safth was there in a flash and replaced our broken lock in minutes - as I had sent him images, he brought all the components needed with him and the problem was solved at a great price. And he's a top bloke too!

Couldn't get into my safe after a leaking battery damaged the circuitry. Contacted Tom who came over within a couple of hours...and the safe was tougher than expected with a locking system that was different than the run of the mill and tough steel (so a good safe!). Despite the difficulty, Tom persisted and won! Friendly, knowledgeable and a good chat too. Would highly recommend him!

Amazing service, I was locked out of my flat as I forgot my keys inside and he arrived within 35 minutes of my call. My door had a high security lock that was tricky to work with, he suggested opening through the letterbox and even though there was significant distance between the letterbox and the lock, he kept trying until he figured it out to avoid drilling and damaging my existing lock. Also a great guy with amazing attitude throughout. 100% my go to locksmiths going forward.

I was recommended this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. I have recently moved house and needed all my locks changed. From the beginning to the end all team members that attended my property were extremely professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. There were a few technical issues which their expertise and experience helped solve. Communication throughout the installation was excellent as it was a big job that required a number of visits and everything was sorted out promptly. A specific mention regarding Marlon and his team. That man is a perfectionist and is not happy until you are happy.

Great company! They replied promptly both on the phone and whatsapp. Even if wasn’t an emergency they came out on the same day which is also on a Saturday. Mase has been fantastic, he removed his shoes before coming in and he has been extremely professional and precise. He had to change a lock that wasn’t working and he promptly replaced it with a high quality one. He also filled and retouch any little snagged to the door. He provided two keys a with the locks and told me that of their 6 months warranty period which is a piece of mind. He also took the time to make some adjustments in the other lock that was working but that needed a little tweaking and he has even added a plate in the other lock to match the other one all included in the original price! Five stars because I can’t give more!

Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. Best locksmith in UK, after over 50 locksmiths refusing to touch my car, I nearly lost hopes, until I found Aiden through a YouTube video, he assured me that he could fix it and we drove 150miles from Sheffield to London for him to do the job. Aiden carried out the job and run multiple test to ensure it was all good before we would drive back, he saved us from spending £1000’s at the main dealers! I would highly recommend him, his knowledge is on a level of it’s own, far beyond the average locksmith’s!

Went to see if a broken car key could be repaired or used to produce a replacement. I was in luck a new one was able to be cut from the old key and it worked! I was served by Alexis who was personable and explained the process. Within 20 minutes I had the new key. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

Originally there was an issue / error on the company's side logging my van's model incorrectly. Following a wasted trip to the garage leading to a back and forth with the company, they nobly admitted to their faults and compensated me for my diesel at least. The part was ordered again and arrived next day. The garage did a superb job of installation, very clean and even fixed a smaller issue on the van free of charge. Company rectified the issue so no hard feelings but I can't sadly award the 5 star this time. The customer service agent dealing with the issue was very helpful and friendly overall. Probably a bit of a random moment that happens to all company's but good of them to make the effort to compensate me.
